The Managing Director of Growing Organisations Pty Ltd, Marcella Lazarus, has over 30 years of experience as a senior leader and executive coach working with clients from diverse countries, cultures, and industries.
Before establishing her boutique business in executive coaching and consulting, Marcella held a director role in the not-for-profit sector and Head of HR role in an iconic Australian healthcare company. These roles involved successfully leading and coaching teams through significant change programs.
Marcella uses a systemic approach drawn from the latest evidence based research and her three decades of experience shaping organisations as a consultant and senior executive. Her experience and training in intercultural communication was established in Europe working with several global pharmaceutical companies with international business exchanges.
Marcella is well known for supporting leaders to overcome cultural barriers and promoting Diversity & Inclusion. She is active in the Social Enterprise industry and a Board Member for the Social Enterprise Council of NSW/ACT (SECNA).
Marcella holds post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Organisational Development; a Lean Sigma Belt; and is a Certified Professional Executive Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and the Association for Coaching; she is a Certified Member of Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI), Women on Boards and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She holds certification in REACH, MBIT, LSI/GSI, Hogan, GENOS and DiSC psychometric tools.
